工作,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司組織編寫(xiě)了《12kV固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜技術(shù)條件》,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)12kV固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜的各
項(xiàng)功能和技術(shù)指標(biāo)提出了詳細(xì)的要求。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司生產(chǎn)技術(shù)部提出并解釋。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了額定電壓為 12kV,頻率為 50Hz,裝于戶(hù)內(nèi)或戶(hù)外的交流金屬封閉固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制
造和選用時(shí)所應(yīng)遵守的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)要求。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司10kV配電網(wǎng)。

環(huán)網(wǎng)單元 ringmainunits
也稱(chēng)環(huán)網(wǎng)柜或開(kāi)閉器,用于中壓電纜線路分段、聯(lián)絡(luò)及分接負(fù)荷。按使用場(chǎng)所可分為戶(hù)內(nèi)環(huán)網(wǎng)單元
和戶(hù)外環(huán)網(wǎng)單元;按結(jié)構(gòu)可分為整體式和間隔式。戶(hù)外環(huán)網(wǎng)單元安裝于箱體中時(shí)亦稱(chēng)開(kāi)閉器。(Q/GDW

固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜 solid-insulatedringmainunits
固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜是采用固體絕緣材料作為主絕緣介質(zhì)的環(huán)網(wǎng)柜。將真空滅弧室及其導(dǎo)電連接、隔離
開(kāi)關(guān)、接地開(kāi)關(guān)、主母線、分支母線等主導(dǎo)電回路單一或組合后用固體絕緣介質(zhì)包覆封裝為一個(gè)或幾個(gè)
具有一定功能、可再次組合或擴(kuò)展的具備全絕緣、全密封性能的模塊,人可觸及的模塊表面涂覆有導(dǎo)電
或半導(dǎo)電屏蔽層并可直接靠可接地的環(huán)網(wǎng)柜。
4 正常使用條件和特殊使用條件
按DL/T 593中相關(guān)的規(guī)定。如果使用條件超出該規(guī)定,則應(yīng)向制造商和供應(yīng)商提出,通過(guò)雙方協(xié)商
的方式加以解決。
5 設(shè)備型號(hào)和定義
設(shè)備型號(hào)和定義應(yīng)符合JB/T 8754中的規(guī)定。

6.1 額定絕緣水平
按GB 311.1和DL/T 593中的規(guī)定,固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜額定絕緣水平按表1中要求執(zhí)行。
