項功能和技術(shù)指標提出了詳細的要求。

1 范圍
本標準規(guī)定了額定電壓為 12kV,頻率為 50Hz,裝于戶內(nèi)或戶外的交流金屬封閉固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制
造和選用時所應遵守的各項技術(shù)要求。
本標準適用于國家電網(wǎng)公司10kV配電網(wǎng)。

定義適用于本標準。

環(huán)網(wǎng)單元 ringmainunits
也稱環(huán)網(wǎng)柜或開閉器,用于中壓電纜線路分段、聯(lián)絡及分接負荷。按使用場所可分為戶內(nèi)環(huán)網(wǎng)單元
和戶外環(huán)網(wǎng)單元;按結(jié)構(gòu)可分為整體式和間隔式。戶外環(huán)網(wǎng)單元安裝于箱體中時亦稱開閉器。(Q/GDW

固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜 solid-insulatedringmainunits
固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜是采用固體絕緣材料作為主絕緣介質(zhì)的環(huán)網(wǎng)柜。將真空滅弧室及其導電連接、隔離
開關(guān)、接地開關(guān)、主母線、分支母線等主導電回路單一或組合后用固體絕緣介質(zhì)包覆封裝為一個或幾個
具有一定功能、可再次組合或擴展的具備全絕緣、全密封性能的模塊,人可觸及的模塊表面涂覆有導電
或半導電屏蔽層并可直接靠可接地的環(huán)網(wǎng)柜。
4 正常使用條件和特殊使用條件
按DL/T 593中相關(guān)的規(guī)定。如果使用條件超出該規(guī)定,則應向制造商和供應商提出,通過雙方協(xié)商
的方式加以解決。
5 設(shè)備型號和定義
設(shè)備型號和定義應符合JB/T 8754中的規(guī)定。
6 額定值
6.1 額定絕緣水平
按GB 311.1和DL/T 593中的規(guī)定,固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜額定絕緣水平按表1中要求執(zhí)行。
