1． 概述
YAKK、YAKS系列（6kV、10kV）高壓增安型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)（機(jī)座號(hào)355～630）是我公司九十年
代最新產(chǎn)品，是我公司在引進(jìn)吸收德國(guó)西門子公司高壓電動(dòng)機(jī)制造技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我公司長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定生
產(chǎn)高壓三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)而優(yōu)化的系列產(chǎn)品。
該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)采用九十年代新技術(shù)、新材料、新工藝，選材考究、制造精良，具有體積小、重量輕、
功率大、效率高、噪聲低、振動(dòng)小、運(yùn)行安全可靠、使用維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。
該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)符合我國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB755《旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī) 定額和性能》、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T7593《Y系列高壓
三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)技術(shù)條件（機(jī)座號(hào)355～630）》和國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC34，各部分機(jī)械尺寸和公差符合相應(yīng)的國(guó)
家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其防爆性能符合 GB3836．1《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備 第 1 部分：通用要求》
和GB3836．3 《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備 第3部分：增安型“e”》。
該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)的外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP44、IP54、IP55等，冷卻方式有IC611、IC81W 等，安裝方式為
IMB3，也可根據(jù)用戶要求制成不同的防護(hù)類型、冷卻方式和安裝方式。
額定電壓：6kV、10kV
功率范圍：185～2500kW
同步轉(zhuǎn)速：3000、1500、1000、750、600、500r/min

防中等腐蝕型（WF1），派生的增安型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的性能指標(biāo)、安裝與外形尺寸與基本系列的相同。
該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)可用于驅(qū)動(dòng)各種通用機(jī)械：如壓縮機(jī)、水泵、破碎機(jī)、切削機(jī)床、運(yùn)輸機(jī)械及其它機(jī)
械設(shè)備，在礦山、機(jī)械工業(yè)、石油化工工業(yè)、發(fā)電廠等工礦企業(yè)具有可燃性氣體存在的爆炸性危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所中

1. General Description
Series YAKK and YAKS high-voltage (6kV, 10kV) increased-safety three phase induction motors
(frame size 355~630) are the newest products developed and manufactured 1990’s by our company,
combining with the design and manufacture experience of long-term and stable producing high-voltage
three phase induction motors, on the basis of absorbing manufacturing technology of high-voltage
motors introducing from Siemens of Germany.
Adopting the new technique, materials and technology in 1990s, and being of materials chosen
exquisitely and products excellent workmanship, these series motors have many remarkable features
such as compact construction, lightweight, large power, high efficiency, low noise, little vibration, safe
operation and easy maintenance etc.
These series motors conform to China National Standard GB755 Rating and Performance of
Rotating Electrical Machines, Industry Standard JB/T7593 Series Y High-voltage Three Phase Induction
Motors Specification (frame size 355~630) and International Standard IEC34. The machine dimensions
and tolerance of all parts conform to corresponding China national standards and International
standards and the explosion protection property of these series motors conforms to GB3936.1 Electrical
Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements and GB3936.3 Electrical
Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 3: Increased Safety “e”.
For the enclosure of these series motors, the protection degree is IP44, IP54 and IP55, cooling form
is IC611 and IC81W and mounting arrangement is IMB3. Available are the motors with the different
protection type, cooling form and mounting arrangement according to customer requirement.

These series motors can be used to drive different kinds of general-purpose machines, such as
compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, conveying machineries and other
mechanical equipments installed in mine, mechanical, petrochemical industries and power plants etc.

3. 結(jié)構(gòu)說明
該系列電動(dòng)機(jī)采用國(guó)際流行的箱式結(jié)構(gòu)，機(jī)座、端蓋等部件用鋼板焊成，重量輕、剛度好。卸下冷
卻器，可觀察或接觸電機(jī)內(nèi)部，安裝和維修方便。
定子采用吊入、滑入兩種外裝壓結(jié)構(gòu)，絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)，定子線圈采用雙玻璃絲包薄膜繞包銅扁線
繞制，經(jīng)繞包主絕緣VPI整體浸漬后具有較高的電氣強(qiáng)度、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、絕緣性能、防潮性和熱穩(wěn)定性。
轉(zhuǎn)子采用鼠籠結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)高精度校驗(yàn)動(dòng)平衡，電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，振動(dòng)小。
高壓接線盒為密封結(jié)構(gòu)，接線空腔大，留有電纜頭位置。接線盒位置在電機(jī)右側(cè)兩端。
根據(jù)不同的功率和轉(zhuǎn)速，軸承結(jié)構(gòu)采用滾動(dòng)軸承和滑動(dòng)軸承兩種形式：滾動(dòng)軸承兩端設(shè)不停機(jī)注油
裝置，可定期補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑脂；滑動(dòng)軸承為球面滑動(dòng)軸承，采用壓力供油潤(rùn)滑、油環(huán)自潤(rùn)滑或復(fù)合式潤(rùn)滑方
式，同時(shí)采取了防止軸電流產(chǎn)生的措施。
根據(jù)用戶需要，電機(jī)可安裝軸承測(cè)溫元件或儀表，監(jiān)測(cè)軸承溫度；也可根據(jù)用戶需要設(shè)置定子測(cè)溫
和防冷凝加熱裝置。
3. Construction Features
These series motors adopt international fashionable box construction. Some parts such as frames
and end-shields are welded with sheet steel, being of the merits of lightweight and well rigidity.
Removing the cooler, the parts inside the motor can be observed and touched for convenience of
mounting and maintenance.
The stators adopt hoisting or sliding external pressure assembly constructions and the insulation
class is Class F. Stator windings are wound with two glass fiber covered film tap lapped flat copper wire,
applied with vacuum-pressure impregnated (VPI). These processes enable the windings to possess
excellent electric strength, mechanical strength, insulating property, moisture-resistance and thermal
