金屬波紋密封式儲油柜采用先進的超柔性不銹鋼波紋補償器做為變壓器油容積補償元件和隔
離元件，在徹底隔絕空氣和潮氣的條件下，實現(xiàn)對變壓器主體油的體積補償。在工作狀態(tài)下，內(nèi)置
的波紋管像一個巨大的風匣漂浮在變壓器油環(huán)境中，儲油柜內(nèi)部油通過下部的主油口與變壓器本體
油相連，波紋管內(nèi)腔與外界大氣相通。當變壓器本體內(nèi)的油隨溫度變化時，絕緣油發(fā)生體積的熱脹
冷縮，促使波紋管伸縮，從而改變儲油柜內(nèi)腔的容油體積，實現(xiàn)變壓器油體積的補償。
Metal bellows sealed oil conservator adopts advanced super-flexible stainless steel bellows as
capacity compensation element and isolation seal element，and volume compensation for main body oil of
transformer is realized under complete isolation of air and moisture conditions. In working state，built-in
bellows , like a huge air box, floats in the transformer oil. Conservator is connected to oil tank of
transformer through bottom main oil vent and inner cavity of bellows has a connection with the outer
atmosphere. When the transformer oil temperature varies, the bellows extends or shrinks due to oil
volume expansion caused by heat or contraction caused by cold，then changes the oil capacity of the
conservator，and thus realizes oil volume compensation.

產(chǎn)品驗收 product check
1、 目測檢查儲油柜外表有無凹坑，磕傷痕跡。
Check if there is any indention or collision defect through your eyes
2、 觀察油位指示窗的指針是否在最高油位處。
See whether the pointer of oil level indicating window points the highest oil level.
3、隨機文件是否齊全。隨機文件包括：
安裝使用說明書、出廠檢驗報告、產(chǎn)品合格證、其他文件資料等。Check whether delivery documents are complete. The delivery documents include：
Installation operation instruction，factory test report，product certification and other documents，etc.
產(chǎn)品選用：附產(chǎn)品參數(shù)選型表。Product select for using: attaching product parameter select list
波紋儲油柜的運輸要求 Conservator transport requirement
為防止儲油柜在運輸過程中，車輛的顛簸對波紋管造成損傷，運輸前應對儲油柜進行充壓，使內(nèi)
置波紋管處于壓合狀態(tài)，可采用波紋管抽負壓或向儲油柜內(nèi)充正壓的方法。具體操作步驟如下：
In order to prevent the conservator from damaging due to vehicle shake during transportation. The
conservator should be pressurized before transportation to make the bellows stay press-close state. You
can adopt the method of pulling negative press from bellows or filling positive press to conservator. The
concrete steps are as follow：
1、 打開呼吸口閥門，關閉主油口、排氣口閥門。
Open the valve of breath vent，close the valves of main oil vent and air exhausting vent.
2、 從儲油柜的充油口充入干燥空氣或氮氣，壓力達到約0.01MPa左右，停止充壓，關閉充油口、
呼吸口閥門。
Fill dry air or nitrogen through oil filling vent，stop filling until the pressure reaches about 0.01MPa，
close the valves of oil filling vent and breath vent.
注意：內(nèi)置波紋管如處于壓合狀態(tài)時，溫度指針應處于最高油位處（90℃刻度處）。
Note: If the built-in bellows is in the press-close state, the temperature pointer should be the highest oil
level position（90℃ scale position）
波紋儲油柜工作狀態(tài) Conservator working state波紋儲油柜工作狀態(tài)下，呼吸口閥門常開，排氣口、充油口閥門常閉。

波紋儲油柜的運輸要求 Conservator transport requirement
為防止儲油柜在運輸過程中，車輛的顛簸對波紋管造成損傷，運輸前應對儲油柜進行充壓，使內(nèi)
置波紋管處于壓合狀態(tài)，可采用波紋管抽負壓或向儲油柜內(nèi)充正壓的方法。具體操作步驟如下：
In order to prevent the conservator from damaging due to vehicle shake during transportation. The
conservator should be pressurized before transportation to make the bellows stay press-close state. You
can adopt the method of pulling negative press from bellows or filling positive press to conservator. The
concrete steps are as follow：
1、 打開呼吸口閥門，關閉主油口、排氣口閥門。
Open the valve of breath vent，close the valves of main oil vent and air exhausting vent.
2、 從儲油柜的充油口充入干燥空氣或氮氣，壓力達到約0.01MPa左右，停止充壓，關閉充油口、
呼吸口閥門。
Fill dry air or nitrogen through oil filling vent，stop filling until the pressure reaches about 0.01MPa，
close the valves of oil filling vent and breath vent.
注意：內(nèi)置波紋管如處于壓合狀態(tài)時，溫度指針應處于最高油位處（90℃刻度處）。
Note: If the built-in bellows is in the press-close state, the temperature pointer should be the highest oil
level position（90℃ scale position）
波紋儲油柜工作狀態(tài) Conservator working state波紋儲油柜工作狀態(tài)下，呼吸口閥門常開，排氣口、充油口閥門常閉。
